We like to believe that the dishes we offer have a distinct flavour all their own, and part of our secret is the use of fresh locally grown produce and local fish and seafood caught in the area daily.
Fishing boats, a graphic part of the Limani of Gerakas, bring in the best fish and seafood caught daily. From bream to sardines, we cook them fresh to seal in the flavour.
Of course, any meal would not be complete without one of our salads, prepared with locally grown vegetables. Fresh picked tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and other in season vegetables. We use the best olives and olive oil produced from our own olive groves, for cooking, in our salads or as a dressing.
